Shopbucket is committed to partnering with you to buy your goals.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Shopbucket purchase, simply return to Shopbucket.in. Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with proof of purchase within 7 days of the original purchase date. Some exceptions to the standard policy exist. Please see the Policy Exceptions section below.

Many items purchased on Shopbucket.in will include a prepaid merchandise return slip with the order. To return or exchange a product using the prepaid merchandise return slip, please complete the following steps.

Returns with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or on the original method of payment unless noted in our Policy Exceptions.

 Refund/Replacement

• refund will be credited to your account on the original method within 7 working days.
• Exchange is available for 7 days on defective items after receipt of the product. After that we will not do any exchange.
• Replacement is applicable on defective items (manufacture & technical defect) after receipt of the product. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopbucket.in

The items must be returned in “like new” condition with the original receipt.

For safety reasons, items that use or contain flammable liquids, gases or other hazardous materials can’t be returned through the mail, even if the item has been drained of these materials. Please contact to shopbucket directly over the call or mail.

Original shipping charges incurred on your purchase aren’t refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Shipping/Delivery Errors, Missing Items, Damage Due to Shipping/Delivery?
If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Shopbucket customer care at +91-9911920868 within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage.

These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The exclusions herein are subject to, and may be limited by, applicable law and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.
